I have found that (unlike brokers & team leaders) most agents are solely focused on “transactions”.  This is fine for immediate cash flow income, BUT if you have no transactions, ..you have no income!  There is zero “LEVERAGE” in transactional income!  And you can't “Retire” or have any freedom on linear income alone. 

In addition to your transactions, You have to eventually create some form of leveraged income without you trading your time for money! ...ALL wealthy or at least financially free individuals understand this.
